Description: Wulfenite Hillside Adit, near the Burney Mine, Chinati Mts, Presidio Co., Texas, USA 3.5 cm X 5.0 cm. Wulfenite. 3.5 cm X 5.0 cm. The yellow blades are on MnOx-coated quartz matrix. The blades are 6mm across. Hillside Adit, near the Burney Mine, Chinati Mountains, Brewster County, Texas. To say that I was surprised when i collected this specimens is an understatement. The pocket yielded only 7 specimens.
