Description: Setting off with 40lb (17kg) rucksack for a few days in the mountains - in this case it is Ben a' Bhuird - the mountain in the distance. It took me 4 hours to reach the Dubh Lochan. Must be getting old; I'm sure I used to do it in a little over 3 hours.
