We can't answer the question, because "wisdom quartz" is not a mineralogical term with a scientific definition, it's just a marketing gimmick made up by some seller to sell more quartz crystals.

These are quartzes from South Africa - sometimes called cactus quartz or spirit quartz. Irrespective of what descriptive adjective you add, these are quartz (SiO2).

NO, No such thing as Wisdom Quartz, or Spirit Quartz or any other idiotic term. Its just Quartz, very plain and common worldwide. At most you can call it Druzy Quartz (druzy referring to the coating of tiny crystal on the surface and NOT the new age adoption of the word Druse or Druzy. But at least to people here (mineralogists, the word druzy is understood though holds no significance. For your mineral collection, label the lot as druzy quartz crystals, and the location they were found, do not include any other naming as no other name for these exists.
Cactus quartz and spirit quartz are terms for quartz crystals that are covered by a second generation of small crystals that are growing roughly perpendicular to the host crystal.
So this is not "just quartz", it is obviously the variety amethyst, and quartz collectors are familiar with the terms "cactus quartz" and "spirit quartz", although the second is rarely used.
Nothing wrong with using descriptive names like cactus quartz, which is self explanatory.
Spirit quartz, although somewhat "established", is rarely used, probably because it is not obvious what the term means (and I also do not know where that name came from).
"Wisdom quartz" (which I have never heard of) does not relate to anything visible or invisible on this or any other quartz in the world and is obviously the unimaginative invention of a salesman. _________________ Amir C. Akhavan, Hamburg, Germany

‘Wisdom’ seems to be a marketing phrase used to generate higher sales. It does seem that the ‘quartz is unique in its crystalline form’ people use it as a marketing tool.
My advice is avoid such terms if working with mineral collectors, but if you are working with healy feely people it will work as they seem to need pointless descriptors to believe whatever they believe

Amir, Regarding the origin of the term "spirit quartz", the mystical sellers latched onto the name because it was more eminently marketable to their "spiritual" customers, but I once heard a South African dealer laughing about that. He said that "spirit" quartz was originally named by local miners because of the colour resembling their local methylated spirits - some kind of dirt-cheap alcohol. ;))
